Wow! I was shocked..

My Coach(or "Old" coach I should say) gave me the award for most inspirational. I was really shocked. I didn't think I was going to get any award, but what he was saying when he gave hints to who the person was was pretty sweet. :)

So yeah, Amanda Kelly is most inspirational.

Volleyball

Halloween 2009

It's practically a tradition. Maybe for the past 3-4 years I've spent Halloween with my best friend. She lives across the street from me so we would just go back and forth between our houses. It's always a lot of fun. Last year we were dressed as hippies but this year we decided to make our own costumes. I bought fabric markers and we used a plain white shirt and we drew a game on them. I chose to be Twister and Kara was Candyland. I think from now on I want to do creative halloween costumes like this. So it's not really embarrassing to wear a costume but I still am. Hahaha.

Ouch!

You're telling me! Lol. My right arm/elbow has been really aching and hurting during and after volleyball practice. I finally got something to wear while playing but it doesn't help the pain much. Especially when my coach had me practice my serves over and over and once again... over.

I could feel the elbow crack and like pull out of its place every time I would hit the ball when serving. Doesn't sound pretty, at all! But I'm sure it's not broken. Just inflamed probably. But why?? Maybe its all that force and its straining my elbow? I have no idea! All I know is it hurts.

Life. Gone pretty good. Yesterday my volleyball team had a car wash. I am soo sunburned now. Especially on the back to my legs. I have to bend my knees to walk lol.

But other than that, my life has been pretty nice and easy. Volleyball is going good. I'm a starter! :) I believe as of right now I'm playing back right side. I thought it was outside and middle in the front but idk. My coach keeps changing it. Our first scrimmage isn't for like another 3 weeks I think so I have to time to move around I think.

Friday night kara, Mel and i camped out in the back yard in our tent. It was ehh. I still had fun. I fell asleep really fast. I was hoping to stay up for when it rained. Yes, it did rain. Lol. Ohh well.
